Villa Ivy is very tastefully decorated with a cozy living room, separate dining area and spacious kitchen (including a pantry with washer and dryer). The layout is practical because through several sliding doors you can walk straight into the garden. Internet (fiber) is available and the smart TV has streaming features. This makes it possible to watch apps from your phone or tablet directly on the screen of the television using your own accounts.
Villa Ivy has three double bedrooms and two bathrooms with an additional guest toilet. All rooms have new double beds, shutters and closet space. The main bathroom is luxuriously finished with double sink and equipped with walk-in shower and bathtub, the second bathroom has a shower.
The private garden of about 140m2 surrounds the house and this is ideal because it allows you to lie in the shade or the sun whenever you want. There are sun terraces with loungers and the outdoor table invites you to eat outside. (barbecue is available)

It could hardly be better because right across from Villa Ivy is a large new swimming pool surrounded by a huge sunbathing area with parasols and palm trees. No crowds but just peace and quiet so you can optimally swim and relax here. Outdoor showers are available.

Villa Ivy is easily accessible to the disabled. The entrance is level and everything is on the first floor. The rooms have extra wide entrance doors and the bathroom in particular is suitable because it has a spacious walk-in shower with wide passage. The house is otherwise very spacious and the kitchen has a worktop on both sides making it very practical for wheelchair users.

Villa Ivy is located on the prestigious Torremirona Golf & Spa Resort in Navata. Set amidst the stunning landscape of the Empordà on the Costa Brava, this beloved resort offers exceptional views of the Pyrenees to the Mediterranean. Want to spend a day at the beach from Villa Ivy? That is quite possible as popular seaside resorts such as Cadaqués, Roses, Empuriabrava and L'Escala are nearby.
The Torremirona Golf & Spa Resort offers much more besides a beautifully landscaped 18-hole golf course. For example, there is a large sports and wellness center, with a wide range of activities and sports for all ages. (Fitness, tennis, spa area, kids club, hairdresser & beautician) There are two restaurants at the resort and these are within walking distance from the villa. In the village of Navata there is a small supermarket and nearby there are a few fresh bakeries, a little further away there are several large supermarkets.
In the immediate vicinity are also all kinds of authentic and often ancient villages, such as Besalú and Peralada, with narrow streets and many attractions. And of course the lively town of Figueres (5 minutes away) with its typical Spanish Rambla and beautiful stores. This town is especially famous for the surrealist painter Salvador Dalí, he lived there for years and his now world famous museum is in Figueres. (A must see!) Fun fact is that Bakery Maia (in the center) sells a special Dalí bread. You can see this bread in multiples on the red facade of the Dalí museum in Figueres. But there is more to do because on Saturday mornings there is the weekly market and all the restaurants are open until late in the evening.
Cities like Barcelona and Girona are easily accessible because with the TGV / high-speed train you can be in beautiful old Girona in less than 15 minutes and in just 50 minutes you are in the heart of downtown Barcelona.
