The modern living room is spacious and bright and has a separate dining area with exclusive kitchen (Bulthaup), fully furnished and equipped with all appliances (Gaggenau). The several sliding doors, both front and rear, give access to the terraces and garden and this practical layout provides even more comfort.
In total there are four double bedrooms, two on the first floor and two upstairs. All bedrooms are almost identical, each with its own bathroom, air conditioning and wardrobe. Near the entrance is another guest toilet with an extensive laundry room with sink, washer and dryer next to it. Internet (fiber optic) is available and the television has streaming functions. This makes it possible to watch apps from your phone or tablet directly on the screen of the television using your own accounts.
In the beautifully landscaped garden are several covered and sun terraces including modern garden furniture. One level below is the large private pool with built-in stairs and outdoor shower. On the sun terrace are several sunbeds and you can fully enjoy the guaranteed peace and privacy everywhere.
Villa Zarza receives the proper care and attention making the villa in perfect condition. The modern atmosphere and appearance fits completely into the peaceful surroundings and it is a breath of fresh air to vacation here.
Parking is available on private property (2 to 3 cars) and additional parking spaces are available directly in front of the villa.

Villa Zarza stands on a plot of approximately 1500 m2 and is located on the prestigious Torremirona Golf & Spa Resort in Navata. This beloved resort is set amidst the beautiful countryside of the Empordà on the Costa Brava and offers exceptional views of the Pyrenees to the Mediterranean. Popular seaside resorts such as Cadaqués, Roses, Empuriabrava and L´Escala are nearby making a day at the beach quite possible.
The Torremirona Golf & Spa Resort offers much more besides a beautifully landscaped 18-hole golf course. For example, there is a large sports and wellness center, with a wide range of activities and sports for all ages. (Fitness, tennis, spa area, kids club, hairdresser & beautician) At the resort there are two restaurants, within walking distance from the villa. In the village of Navata there is a small supermarket, nearby a few fresh bakeries and 5 minutes away there are several large supermarkets.
In the immediate vicinity are further all kinds of authentic villages, such as Besalú and Peralada with sights, weekly markets and restaurants. Just 5 km away is the lively town of Figueres, with its typical Spanish Rambla, stores and tapas bars. Figueres has become especially famous for the painter Salvador Dalí, a visit to his world-famous museum is a must!
Barcelona and Girona are easily accessible. From Figueres it is even possible to travel by TGV/high-speed train. This will take you to the center of Barcelona in just 50 minutes, or to beautiful Girona in less than 15 minutes.
