This typical Spanish summer house with private pool is located in Empuriabrava and steps away from the beach, stores and restaurants. The interior is cozy and with three double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a fully fenced garden, this is a perfect vacation home for a family with children.
The living room has air conditioning and a separate sitting and dining area. From here you can easily walk to the covered outdoor terrace, garden and pool. The modern kitchen has an additional breakfast area and is equipped with built-in appliances, including a complete kitchen inventory. Internet is well arranged and the television has a Google ChromeCast. This allows you to watch apps from your phone or tablet directly on the screen of the television using your own accounts.
Villa Lourdes has three double bedrooms with comfortable box-spring beds and shutters. Two rooms also have air conditioning and built-in closets. The bathrooms are modern and both have a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. The house is practically laid out with plenty of space.
In the summer you like to live outside, which is why the covered terrace has a long table where you can eat and relax together. The garden has some beautiful umbrella trees that provide plenty of natural shade, but to the side is the pool with associated sun terrace. Here is an outdoor shower and there are fine sunbeds so you can fully unwind.
Villa Lourdes is a detached house on a spacious plot (approx. 800 m2) and parking is easily available on site. In the garage is storage space and a laundry area. Recently the house has been equipped with a completely new interior and receives a lot of love, care and attention. It is a perfect vacation spot in Empuriabrava.

Villa Lourdes is located in the popular seaside resort of Empuriabrava (municipality of Castelló d'Empúries). This vacation village possesses an impressive marina with more than 5,000 moorings, making it a paradise for water sports enthusiasts. Characteristic are the numerous large and smaller canals of about 35 kilometers long that cross the whole place. Moreover, it is located in the protected natural area of Aiguamolls with, in addition, beautiful bays, rugged rocks and a wonderful climate.
Empuriabrava is not so big and massive, and therefore it offers the picky holidaymaker precisely many possibilities. Near Villa Lourdes there are plenty of beaches, which are also very suitable for children. There are also many activities to do such as taking a boat trip, practicing various water sports, hiking, biking, horseback riding and skydiving. Empuriabrava even has its own airport! The culturally rich center of Castelló d'Empúries, as well as the beach promenade offers numerous restaurants, bars with cozy terraces, nice stores and lots of entertainment for children. In the immediate vicinity are other famous places like Santa Margarita, Roses, Cadaques, Llança, Port de la Selva or L'Escala, with especially beautiful beaches (small and large) and all kinds of other tourist facilities. And, fifteen minutes away is the Spanish town of Figueres with a Rambla, stores and restaurants, but especially made famous by Salvador Dalí. (A visit to Dalí's museum is a must!) So you certainly won't be bored here.
Cities such as Girona and Barcelona are also very easily accessible. From Figueres it is recently even possible to travel by TGV / high-speed train. This will take you to the center of Barcelona in just 50 minutes, or to beautiful Girona in less than 15 minutes.
