The living room is spacious and equipped with air conditioning and a separate sitting and dining area from where you have beautiful sea views. Through a wide sliding door you have direct access to the terraces and the beautiful pool with outdoor shower. The ultramodern open kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances including a double fridge and a complete kitchen inventory. In the middle is a long dining table and things like internet and television are fine.
There are three spacious double bedrooms in the villa, with a luxuriously equipped bathroom with walk-in shower, and a separate guest toilet. Attached to the villa is a separate studio with its own entrance and fully equipped with TV sitting area and private terrace. Here there are two additional bedrooms with a modern bathroom. All bedrooms have comfortable box spring beds, ten in total, and are equipped with air conditioning and convenient built-in closets. This villa offers plenty of space and this ensures that everyone has plenty of privacy.
The fine covered outdoor terrace has plenty of shade and there is a large table where you can relax together and enjoy the great view. One floor below is a circular private pool with outdoor shower and on the adjacent sun terrace are comfortable sun beds. You can unwind here with a landscaped-and fully fenced-garden full of ancient olive trees in the background.
Villa Verano is a detached villa on a large plot (approx. 1200 m2) and parking is easy on its own property, there is room for as many as four cars. Recently the villa has been completely modernized and receives a lot of love, care and attention and this makes it a fantastic vacation spot in Roses.

Villa Verano is located in the quiet urbanization El Mas Fumats in Roses just 5 minutes from the bustling center and beach of Roses and Santa Margarita. This summer destination is also close to the protected nature reserve of Cap de Creus and is surrounded by beautiful coves and luxury resorts such as Cadaqués and Empuriabrava. A prime location in an exclusive area with many tourist amenities.
Besides a busy bocce court, the urbanization El Mas Fumats has a small restaurant where you can have a nice meal and in the morning they sell fresh bread rolls. A couple of large supermarkets (Lidl, Carrefour and Mercadona) are 3 minutes away by car and a little further on is the first beach already with restaurants, breakfast stores and stores. You can park well anywhere and if you drive in the other direction you go towards the white fishing village of Cadaqués and you will be surprised with a unique route through the nature reserve of Cap de Creus. This area has everything to offer and you will never get bored here!
Figueres (15 km) is a typical Spanish town with a real Rambla and is best known for the surrealist painter Salvador Dalí. A visit to his world famous museum is well worthwhile but there is much more to do in Figueres. On Saturday mornings there is a large fruit and vegetable market in town but the stores and restaurants, including a few cozy tapas bars, are open until late in the evening. Fun fact is that Bakery Maia (in the center) sells a special Dalí bread which you see in multiples on the red facade of the Dalí museum in Figueres.
Cities like Barcelona and Girona are easily accessible because with the TGV / high-speed train you can be in beautiful old Girona in less than 15 minutes and in just 50 minutes you are in the heart of downtown Barcelona.
