This particular villa is located in the Spanish village of Vilanant and surrounded by beautiful nature in an authentic area but near all kinds of popular beaches and attractions. Besides a state-of-the-art interior, there are no less than five double bedrooms so this villa is ideal for a vacation with two families. Villa Rosé is spacious and very practical with a large living room and wide sliding doors that all give direct access to the garden and pool. The modern interior is more than complete and from every room you have a beautiful view. The luxury kitchen is equipped with appliances and includes extensive kitchen inventory with breakfast bar, from here there is also access to the covered terrace. Air conditioning is centrally controlled in all rooms so on very hot days this is extra comfortable. Internet (fiberglass) is available and the television has streaming functions. This makes it possible to watch apps from your phone or tablet directly on the screen of the television using your own accounts.

There are no less than five air-conditioned double bedrooms and three luxuriously finished bathrooms. The first bedroom is on the first floor and has its own bathroom and terrace. Upstairs is the master bedroom with private bathroom and wardrobe, with three additional bedrooms and a third bathroom next to it. Here all rooms have private terraces with phenomenal views! In total there are ten sleeping places in attractively decorated rooms, all of which have built-in closets and electric shutters.

In the middle of the garden is a beautifully designed oblong pool. The pool has built-in stairs and around it is a sunbathing area with outdoor shower. You have a beautiful unobstructed view here making it the ideal place to swim or sunbathe on the comfortable sunbeds that are there. The covered terrace has a lounge set and on the side a long table so you can enjoy everything villa Rosé has to offer.

A lockable garage with laundry and storage room belongs to the villa, including 1 covered parking space. But directly in front of the villa are plenty of additional (free) parking spaces.

Villa Rosé stands on a plot of approx. 1200 m2 and receives a lot of personal attention making the villa in perfect condition. The modern look gives a contemporary feel and blends well with the authentic environment of Vilanant.
